Sitting down with Midday Squares for an interview was a dream come true! I had followed their work for years, I snack on their products daily, and I eat up their content because it's so damn good. They are leaders in the food and bev space not only because of a high quality product, but also because they are transparently sharing the behind the scenes of building their business: documenting the highs (aka getting listed in walmart) and the lows (spending 2 years and tons of money to develop a new flavour, only to have it flop).
