As longtime friends, April and Sarah decided on a whim to purchase the former Sportsman Motel in Prince Edward County. They haven't been "moteliers" for long, but the reviews on their Motel are in and they are RAVING!

The decor of this place is dreamy, and the good wine & good vibes are the icing on the cake.

Sarah & April completely redesigned the vintage motel and re-invented the experience of what staying at a Motel looks like. What a visionary endeavor, if I have ever seen one!

A few weeks ago I had the chance to sit down with Ashley Meston & Phil Lebeau who are the founders of Basd Body Care.

Basd Body Care is a line of organic, plant-basd, cruelty-free products. Ashley & Phils vision behind basd was to be transparent, to use only ingredients they were proud of, and to create a brand that celebrates and nourishes all bodies.

Darielle is a corporate lawyer (& a spiritual one - which we chat lots about!), and she’s the founder of Awe Legal which stands for Athletes, Wellness Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Awe Legal is awhich is a boutique law firm based in Toronto & online.

I loved this conversation with Darielle. Her and I met less than 1 year ago through the gym that we both teach indoor cycling at here in Toronto and I’ve been in AWE (sorry bad pun) of her business since meeting.

We chat about her career evolution from working TIRELESSLY at a criminal defense firm, to her travels where she was enlightened about spiritual law, and also about things every influencers or ambassador should consider before signing with a brand.

I love how Darielle is challenging the traditional paradigm of what we expect in a lawyer and is instead paving her own visionary path using her skills and infusing her passion for wellness. She’s so approachable, knowledgeable and I know you’ll learn so much from her.
