We didn't have a focused plan of what we should be working on & how we should be marketing to our customers.

One of the first things we did together was restructure all of our coaching packages. We made a lower end package, a mid-range, and a higher tier VIP package.

Then we built out a marketing funnel with awareness strategies like Webinars, Live Trainings, New Landing Pages and SEO.

In November 2023, after hosting 1 workshop we made $3307 from ticket revenue AND in upselling attendees into our packages! Not bad for a days work!

It's been a pleasure working with Kelsey and we look forward to continuing more down the road.
