How to write your company Mission, Vision, and Values Statements.
First, let’s chat about the Visionary Core Values.
Why Core Values Are Non-Negotiable for Your Business:
Let's talk about something that every thriving business needs but not every business prioritizes—Core Values.
They’re not just good-looking words on a website or phrases you dust off during company meetings.
Core Values are the backbone of your business. They’re your true north, the principles that keep you aligned with your ultimate vision, even on the toughest days. I wrote all about them in this blog.
Here’s a question to consider—has your business defined its Core Values yet?
If the answer is yes, fantastic! Ask yourself this: Do they excite you? Do they remind you why you started this incredible venture in the first place? Most importantly, are they the driving force that motivates you to leap out of bed every morning, ready to make your mark?
But if you don’t have them defined yet—don’t worry. There’s no better time to start than now.
Imagine your business as a tree. Without deep roots, it may look healthy and strong in calm weather, but it’s vulnerable when the storm hits.
Core Values are those roots. They keep your company grounded during challenges and provide clarity, direction, and purpose.
Your Core Values should permeate everything you do—from how you create marketing campaigns to how you deliver value to your clients. They define who you are as a business.
If you’re wondering where to start, all you need is a dedicated moment to reflect, a pen and paper, and a willingness to revisit some of the pivotal moments in your life and business that shaped who you are today. Go through the 3 step process in this blog.

Believe in your wildest dreams and the crazy ideas that you download while you’re out living your best life. Every groundbreaking business starts with thinking outside the box, masterminding with visionary friends, and letting your mind wander unexpectedly.

Passion is the Outcome of Hard Work
True passion comes from dedication, consistent effort, and meaningful work. Focus on quality, helpfulness and value– and the passion will continue to follow.
Glass Half Full
Look for lessons and opportunities in every challenge you face. It’s all happening for you, especially on the roller coaster ride of running a business!
Authenticity is Attractive
Be your genuine self in your business, so you don’t burn out. Authenticity attracts unexpected opportunities and will always be your best ‘brand voice’.
Foster Connection Over Competition
Build relationships instead of fearing your competitors. Remind yourself that there’s enough success to go around for everyone, and that a rising tide lifts all boats.
Give more than you take
We live by the quote ‘life gives to the giver’ and believe that by being a generous person you will in turn get a lot in return.
Build genuine relationships
Business is in part due to what you know & your unique skill set, but it’s more about who you know and the relationships you build everyday. You never know who has the keys to unlock your next level, so be curious and personable.

Now, let’s talk about Mission Statements.
The mission statements are how you accomplish the vision! They are the smaller, outcome-based missions that you embark on everyday.
Here are the Mission(s) of my company…

At our core, we believe marketing should be an enjoyable and creative pursuit (not an overwhelming, lackluster process). Our mission is to inject fun back into your marketing efforts, transforming it from a mundane chore into an exciting passion.
#2 Share strategies to support Substance and Longevity
We help entrepreneurs to create businesses that go beyond social media trends and that run deeper than complicated funnels and expensive facebook ads. Our goal is to help you build a business with a strong foundation, on a timeline that supports your goals and never has you burning out or quitting.
#3 We champion your Life Beyond the Screen
We champion the idea that the biggest breakthroughs and joyful moments occur away from our laptops and in the real world. We encourage entrepreneurs to pursue a balanced lifestyle where experiences, adventure, connection and personal growth take center stage.
What’s Your Vision Statement?
What if instead of being caught in the whirlwind of daily life where we fall into autopilot and settling for what sometimes feels like an average existence… We asked ourselves daily "What do I truly want? And Who am I capable of becoming?"
Inside every entrepreneur is a bold and powerful vision—a vision that has the potential to become your guiding North Star as you continue to build and shape your business over the years to come.
This vision is more than just an idea; it’s a strategic compass pointing toward the future you truly want to create. In this case, towards an awesome year.
If you’ve lost sight of what you truly want from your business, where the demand is, and how you wish to impact the world then this is your opportunity to reconnect. You need a vision in order to set the right goals for the coming years.

Looking at your statements from above, now bring it to a realistic and/or slight stretch of a vision for the the upcoming calendar year.
What matters is not having a PERFECT vision. That doesn’t exist. But as time progresses, you can update and evolve the vision to suit the current reality of your business. Never stop dreaming (big) about what’s possible. You just might surprise yourself!
(Make sure the vision is less about you, and changes more lives than just your own)
