348 A Week with Kelsey: Balancing Family, Fitness, and Running a Company
This week, I’m pulling back the curtain on what a week in my life really looks like.
Of course, every week is different. But I wanted to sit down 7 days in a row, and record what happened behind the scenes.
I chronicle:
What I eat to stay fueled (and how I keep meals mega simple around here)
What I do during my 2 days of child-care
How we fit in a 1x weekly date night
Spending as much time as possible with Freddie each week, and taking him on adventures

Like many of you, I (try to) juggle all the hats—mama, entrepreneur, friend, creative, wife, home chef, workout enthusiast... it's a lot!
And I'm far from having it figured out, but I can say with certainty that I have more energy in this phase of life than I've ever had before because I'm clear on my priorities.
