On the show today, I’m chatting with Carey Dillen who is the president of YYOGA.

YOGA is a community of Canadian yoga studios founded in 2007 by Terry McBride and partners which offers 800+ classes weekly across 12 locations in B.C. and Ontario. 

Prior to becoming president at YYOGA, Carey was also a part of the core team that made the Vancouver 2010 Olympics happen, spent time working for big-name brands like MEC and Boston Pizza and also has a CPA designation that has opened the door to many opportunities. 

With a focus on offering the highest quality teaching, incredible studio experiences, and accessibility of yoga for all levels and for every body, YYOGA continues to support the well-being of Canadians through yoga, fitness, meditation and signature classes. 

Most recently, YYOGA launched an on demand class streaming platform called YYOGA at Home, allowing guests to practice with YYOGA teachers anytime, anywhere while accessing expert knowledge. 

I was generously gifted a 2 month trial of YYOGA at home and have enjoyed the Pilates , barre & yoga classes that i’ve taken right on my patio!

Under Carey, YYOGA also just announced franchise availability this past month, supporting entrepreneurs across Canada.
