Danielle is a business strategist, podcast host and the founder of Business Babes Collective, a global community for female entrepreneurs.

With over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, Danielle loves helping women launch and scale profitable businesses through one on one coaching, group Masterminds, and her signature business program: Action Takers Club. She believes every woman is capable of creating a full-time income in their business without having to work around the clock.

Danielle discovered her love for building relationships & networking and in 2015 launched the Vancouver Chapter of Business Babes Collective. Since then, Business Babes Collective has grown to 5 chapters that expand across North America and reach over 80,000+ women through social media and online communities.

In this episode, I am asking Danielle ALL of the juicy questions including:

Masterminds:

  • What drove you to join your own mastermind, back in the day?

  • What benefits did you see for it?

  • When did you curate your first mastermind for the Business Babes Collective?

  • What were some of the most magical outcomes or moments that you remember from that first cohort?

  • Why should someone listening who has a big goal or dream as a female entrepreneur JOIN a mastermind?

  • Do you continue to join your own masterminds or attend retreats?

STRATEGIC COLLABS: Community Building, Connection & Strategic Relationships:

  • What are they and how have you leveraged them to grow your business?

  • You have an interesting and effective strategy about ENGAGING with someone first, before pitching (aka your email suggesting a podcast swap included a review, a win-win outcome, and a reference to an episode you had listened to) - can you tell us about that?

  • Power of your MINDSET towards strategic collabs and BEING RESOURCEFUL

  • Power of patience

Becoming a Mama and Running a Business:

  • You say… Something pretty cool I realized the other day is that I’m working less in my business now than I was before Rosie

    • I think the big question mark is what are some of the TANGIBLE things you did to make this happen

    • I’m sure there are some shifts that were made to work less and maintain or grow

  • What drives you

Mindset

  • Don’t let a bad day or tough season make you feel like a failure
