Today is my birthday, and I’m turning 34 (the inverse of my favorite number, which is 43!)

I know it’s going to be the BEST year ever 🎂

On my birthday every year, I like to reflect and ponder over the lessons life has taught me thus far.

Does anyone else do this?

It's a great time for me to step back and marvel at how much I have come to learn, all of the things I have to appreciate, and the musings from this season of my life.

  2. Choose Your Mentors And Learn From Them. No Formal Relationship Needed

  3. Sit Outside In Nature With The Person You Love

  4. Don’t Force Work When Work Isn’t Happening

  5. Be Wary Of Any Client Who Has No Proven Organic Marketing And Wants To Jump Straight Into Paid Ads

  6. Don’t Wait For The Weekends To Have Fun

  7. Set A Health And Fitness Budget. Make It Bigger Each Year

  9. Explain What You Do Like You’re Talking To Yourself 10 Years Ago

  11. Do Cold Plunges If You Live In A Winter Climate

  12. Get Your Hair Wet

  13. Host Potluck Dinners

  15. Be Interested, Not Interesting

  16. Just Be Present. That’s All That Matters

  17. Pay Off Your Credit Cards, Get On Top Of Your Bookkeeping, Learn About Money.

  18. Don’t Follow Other People’s Timelines: For Kids, Buying Houses, Getting A Big Girl Job.

  19. Unfollow 50% Of The People You Follow On Instagram

  20. Unsubscribe To Email Newsletters That You’re No Longer Reading

  21. Invest Heavily In Your Health

  22. Brew Your Own Kombucha And Make Your Own Sourdough

  23. Keep Your Supplements Simple: Multi, Fish Oil, Probiotic and make it easy to take them.

  24. It’s Okay To Drift Away From Friends. Not All Friendships Are Forever.
