The Framework (Month 1)


You can’t build a house without a foundation-- well, same goes for your body.
Without the following daily health habits… the environment we create for our cells to live might be less-than-ideal.
Make lasting change by practicing the majority of this daily wellness blueprint.

It’s easy as 5 simple steps…
 

EAT RIGHT:

  • Life-Long Vitality (LLV) twice per day + Terrazyme + PB Assist
     

EXERCISE:

  • Deep Blue of choice
     

REST & STRESS:

  • Balance on bottoms of feet, upon waking + Lavender before bed

TOXICITY:

  • Lemon in your water, daily

Upon Waking Up

  1. Apply Balance to Feet

  2. Pour glass of water and add 1 drop Lemon EO
