Natasha Moine is a lifelong learner and has been a student of yoga, nutrition and energy since 2004 when she fell in love with the possibility of feeling great in mind, body and soul.
Natasha’s passion and purpose is to help women reclaim their bodies naturally through the three tenets of mindset, movement and nutrition.
Natasha has also been an advanced yoga teacher and has been hosting yoga retreats and trainings internationally since 2017.
You can find her primarily in Ottawa, Canada and during the winter months chasing the sun in Central America.

Tell us more about your business (what do you do, who do you help, what does your workday look like, how do people find out about you).
I help women in their 40s who feel stuck in their health journeys.
Each day looks completely different. Sometimes I am teaching yoga at a studio or in a client’s home, other days I am online coaching clients 1:1 or in a group setting.
Mostly there is a ton of behind the scenes happening: promotion, marketing, social media, networking and website development and on and on the list goes.
A great day is a day I get outside, move my body, connect with like minded humans and have a little time to myself doing something I love.
People can follow me on social, attend my free monthly masterclasses, come to a public yoga class in Ottawa or get on my newsletter linked through my website.

Tips for someone who is hesitant to follow their heart and start their own business?
We often make the resistance so much bigger than it is, just do it, and don’t look back.
When all is said in done we never regret the things we did, mostly the things we didn’t do.

Victoria, BC to see my good friend who is also a yoga teacher.
I can completely understand why people fall in love with the west coast. The islands are magical.
Bucket list vacation that you hope to embark on in the next 5 years (where to and why?)
Italy! I have seen so much of Europe but Italy is next. The food – oh I can not wait.
