I had the privilege of joining the beautiful crew over at Tribe Fitness in August to share my doTERRA essential oils with them before their yoga practice.
We had a selection of either peppermint (for those who wanted to be energized), or lavender essential oil (for those looking to relax, and feel more calm). The oils were met with SUCH positive response, and many yogis were asking what other oils they could use to enhance their yoga practice.
This lead me to develop my yoga + oils guide! It’s a simple 1 page guide that shares a few simple tips + tricks for incorporating the magic of essential oils into your yoga routine.
Though I am not a yoga teacher, I do know that in my personal yoga practice oils help to make me feel more deeply connected and really allow me to tap into my truest potential during a class.
